Installation Precautions

1) This information is available on your confirmation e-mail subscription. The login name is followed by a series of characters (letters and numbers). The password is also composed of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters.

2) Make sure that the other applications to manage the connection to the modem, are inactive. Their action may result in conflicts when installing software.

3) Do not use telephone extension, this can cause interference and degrade the quality of connection.

4) Uninstall other software connection possibly on your computer.
